Terms of Service
These Terms govern the AXMR iOS app and website (the "Service"), operated by AXMR ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, starting a trial, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 to use AXMR. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has authorised your use. Keep your credentials secure and notify support@axmr.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing
AXMR Premium is offered monthly and yearly. UK reference prices are £9.99 per month and £69.99 per year. The exact price and currency shown by Apple or Stripe before purchase applies. Eligible new subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by the billing provider and is not guaranteed for every account.
Purchases through Apple
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in Apple Account subscription settings. Refund requests and billing decisions for Apple purchases are handled by Apple under its policies.
Purchases through the website
Web subscriptions are processed by Stripe and billed in advance. Manage or cancel them from Settings, which opens the Stripe Billing Portal. Access generally continues until the end of the paid period. Refund rights required by law are unaffected.
Prices or plan features may change with notice and any consent required by the billing provider or applicable law. A subscription purchased through one provider must be managed through that provider.
Account Deletion and Subscription Cancellation
You can delete your AXMR account in Settings. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation and does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel Apple billing in Apple Account subscription settings before or after deleting AXMR. Deleting the account may make synced preferences, ratings, mixes, and listening history unrecoverable.
Licence and Acceptable Use
AXMR grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service. You may use the built-in offline-download feature for personal listening while entitled. You may not redistribute, publicly perform, sell, scrape, circumvent access controls, extract audio outside supported features, disrupt the Service, impersonate others, gain unauthorised access, or use AXMR unlawfully.
Content and User Data
AXMR audio, artwork, software, branding, and design are owned by AXMR or its licensors. You retain rights in data you submit. You give AXMR the limited rights needed to store and process that data to provide, secure, and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Health Disclaimer
AXMR provides audio for general relaxation, sleep routines, and focus. It is not a medical device or medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Seek qualified professional advice for health concerns. Do not use audio where reduced awareness would be unsafe.
Availability, Suspension, and Termination
The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or events outside our control. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security threats, or where required by law. We will give reasonable notice where appropriate.
Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, AXMR is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid AXMR in the preceding 12 months.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their home jurisdiction. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new date and notified where required.
